Heard a caller on the radio yesterday stating that he called his father-in-law in South Central Los Angeles on Monday asking about his reaction to the pending execution of Tookie Williams. The man stated that Williams was no hero in South Central to anyone (except Crips) because of all the violence to which he had given birth.
I don’t think I’ll hold my breath waiting for Mike Farrell or Jamie Foxx to move to South Central to help these people correct their misperceptions.
